Clinical Consultation

Being a therapist can be tough, especially if you are new to the field and working independently. We learn a lot about how to be a therapist in our graduate studies, but there are a lot of things we can only learn through experience.

You might be taking on a lot of responsibility, perhaps facing self-doubt, or feeling isolated not working in a team environment. I imagine that must be overwhelming.

Whether you need help understanding clinical issues, you want support applying treatment strategies, or you’re a new therapist juggling clinical work, work-life balance, and maintaining your mental health, we can help.

How Does It Work?

Consultations are 1-1 through a virtual platform. Our approach is collaborative, non-judgmental, warm, and experiential. We are a big fan of CBT, so you can expect that if we’re doing consultation together, it will be oriented around your goals.

We will provide you with support, feedback and suggestions. We can help you develop skills and techniques, but most of all, we can help you look at clinical issues from a different perspective.

Clinical Specialties: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, Addictions & Relationship Issues.
